We need an experienced and responsible laborer like to join our company. We want to offer you competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

This is a part-time position. Hours will depend on work available. In this position you will (depending on skill set, experience, etc) assemble products, such as: grills, exercise equipment, furniture, outdoor equipment such as trampolines, and playsets, assemble and/or install vehicle based equipment such as roof racks.

In addition to this, provide basic home repair or home improvement services such as: Flooring (Tile, Vinyl, Wood, Linoleum, etc no carpet work), Tile or Stone Backsplashes, Drywall (roughing in and/or finishing), Painting or Staining, Deck installation or repair, and other home or comm

Our expectation is Not that you have experience in all these areas, just that you have experience in some and willingness to work and learn.

Job Responsibilities

Working alone, in a group setting or under direct supervision to complete assembly or repair work.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws and other tools as directed by management.

Clean and prepare sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, moving ladders, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and other necessary tasks to complete job site requirements

Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.

Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.

Load and unload supplies, tools and equipment from vehicles both manually and with the use of equipment.

Move customer supplied materials to the proper location to complete work.

Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.

Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.

Job Skills & Qualifications


Valid driver's license
Ability to follow written and spoken directions
Follow written or spoken instructions
Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Excellent stamina
Ability to use tools and read tape measure.
High school diploma or equivalent

one or more years experience
vocational or trade school training
Ability to provide basic tools
